All damages to the underwater section caused by the Client’s negligence will be repaired at the Client’s expense.

Client will be held liable for all damage arising from the non-reporting or late reporting of the incident if he fails to take the aforementioned steps. While we are reporting damage to insurance company in most cases we are “holding” Client side. We are trying to manage insurance payment In all big damages.
The documentation will contain all applicable data in regards to the reasons for the inclement weather and other natural disasters but does not cover damage arising from intentional or negligent boat maneuvering. The insurance policy does not cover damage to the motor that are caused by lack of motor oil. All costs caused by misdeed or negligence shuld be covered by the client.
The lessee is required to return the boat to the Private boat tours Split at the concurred time and in the concurred area. If the client doesn't return the boat to the Private boat tours Split at the right time and in the right area, the Client consents to pay 300% of the everyday rate for every day past due. On account of “higher” power late return may be justified, but in that case Private Boat tours Split must be informed immediately.
Private Boat tours Split need to be informed if the Client and his crew have any complaint during the boat chartering period. Complaints and objections need to be in written form. All inevitable debates that are not calmly settled will fall under the ward of the proper court in Split. Max. 24h after finishing boat tour all complains should be made. Private boat tours Split is never consider answerable for entire greater harm with the exception of when Client is inebriated or in simillar occasions.
These Conditions are constucted and governed by in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia
Private boat tours Split will hold the entire sum paid for rental if the Client and his crew cancel the rental for any reason after entering into an agreement.
30% of the rental price will retain with Private boat tours Split if the Client cancel the rental 12 weeks or more prior to the vessel rent period. Whole amount will retain with Private boat tours Split if Client cancel the rental less than 12 weeks prior to the vessel rent. If customer cancel rental between check in and check out date no refund possible except if Croatia is closing borders.
The insurance agency might offer the Client compensation if Client has insured himself for the hiring of a vessel rent but has subsequently cancelled the boat hire for justified reasons.
Private boat tours Split claims all authority to substitute a boat when the held boat is harmed because of unexpected conditions, for example cataclysmic events causing water harm, and so forth.
