Boat rental terms and conditions

  1. Rental conditions acceptance

Rights and obligations of the lessee (referred to hereafter as the “Client“) and the lessor Private boat tours Split (referred to hereafter as the: Private boat tours Split) are regulated with these general terms and conditions.

 Client acknowledges every one of the states of the rent for its own sake and in the interest of his own group when boat reservation is being made. 

  1. Charter obligations

Private boat tours Split consents to give the Boat to the Client in full commission and in legitimate working request, with a full supplement of hardware, comprehensive of that expected by the Specification on these pages.

Client will be held liable for all damage arising from the non-reporting or late reporting of the incident if he fails to take the aforementioned steps. While we are reporting damage to insurance company in most cases we are “holding” Client side. We are trying to manage insurance payment In all big damages.

The documentation will contain all applicable data in regards to the reasons for the inclement weather and other natural disasters but does not cover damage arising from intentional or negligent boat maneuvering. The insurance policy does not cover damage to the motor that are caused by lack of motor oil. All costs caused by misdeed or negligence shuld be covered by the client.

  1. Inspection of the boat

The lessee is required to return the boat to the Private boat tours Split at the concurred time and in the concurred area. If the client doesn't return the boat to the Private boat tours Split at the right time and in the right area, the Client consents to pay 300% of the everyday rate for every day past due. 30% of the rental price will retain with Private boat tours Split if the Client cancel the rental 12 weeks or more prior to the vessel rent period. Whole amount will retain with Private boat tours Split if Client cancel the rental less than 12 weeks prior to the vessel rent. If customer cancel rental between check in and check out date no refund possible except if Croatia is closing borders.

The insurance agency might offer the Client compensation if Client has insured himself for the hiring of a vessel rent but has subsequently cancelled the boat hire for justified reasons.
